The Old Distillery - House Rules
1. Please keep the common area tidy and do not litter. All refuse must be placed in refuse sacks, which should be tied and placed in the bins provided.
2. Do not place any obstructions (eg. Bicycles, prams, baggage, buggies etc) in any of the common areas of the development.
3. Strangers should not be allowed into the apartment buildings or its environs at any time.
4. Hall doors to apartment blocks should be kept closed at all times and doors should be closed quietly. All fire doors should be kept closed.
5. It is asked that while using the communal space you are respectful of those living in the complex and keep noise to a minimum. Noise should not be audible outside your apartment from 23:00-09:00.
6. All stereo, radio, TV and other appliances should be kept at a volume which will not disturb your neighbour or interfere with their quiet enjoyment of their home.
7. Ball sports are prohibited in the communal area. Bicycles, scooters and skateboards should not be used in the courtyard.
8. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the common areas and noise levels kept to a reasonable level.
9. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the communal area.
10. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the courtyard/communal areas and owners are responsible for removal of any pet waste.
11. Please do not feed the pigeons or any other birds as they pose a health risk.
12. No animal, bird or domestic pet that is likely to cause nuisance to the other Old Distillery residents is allowed to be kept in your apartment.
13.Washing must not be hung from windows or balconies.
14.Car park spaces must be used for the parking of private motor vehicles or motorcycles only.
15. No alterations or building work is permitted in your apartment, nor any external decoration, without prior approval in writing from the Management Company.
16. You are not permitted to erect television aerials or satellite dishes on the outside of the building.
17. Owners should keep Apartment Management Specialists Ltd advised of telephone numbers at which residents may be contacted in the event of an emergency, and of details of keyholders in the event of their absence on holidays etc
18. It is expressly forbidden to use your apartment as a short term rental eg Airbnb.
